Privacy Policy

At Genifai (“we,” “our,” or “Genifai”), we believe privacy should be simple, transparent, and respectful. This Privacy Policy explains what data Circuit Fighters (“the Game”) collects, why we need it, and how you stay in complete control.

1. What Data We Collect & Why

We only collect what is strictly needed to save your progress, run fair competitive leagues, and deliver optional rewards.

  • Guest Account & Cloud Sync: When you first play, a unique anonymous ID (UUID) is created so you can play immediately without registering. If you choose to link your account via Google Sign-In, we receive your email and basic profile name to back up your progress across devices.
  • Game Progress: Your card collection, component levels, Computing Power (CP), trophy rating, league rank, quest status, and match statistics are stored securely on our cloud servers via Supabase.
  • In-App Purchases: When you purchase Diamonds or VIP subscriptions, billing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your credit card or payment details. We use RevenueCat solely to verify store receipts and unlock your purchased items.
  • Optional Rewarded Ads: Our mobile game includes optional rewarded video ads powered by Google AdMob. Watching ads is always 100% voluntary. AdMob may process your IP address and resettable advertising ID (GAID/IDFA) according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

2. What We Never Do

  • No Persistent Hardware Tracking: We do not collect, store, or track persistent device identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial numbers, or MAC addresses.
  • No Sensitive Permissions: We never ask for or access your location (GPS), camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or health data.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to brokers, marketers, or any third parties.

3. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time:

  • Inside the Game: Open Settings (gear icon) → tap Delete Account → confirm. Your profile, inventory, and progression records will be erased immediately.
  • External Web Request: If you have uninstalled the game, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@genifai.app with your in-game Account ID or linked Google account email.

We do not “freeze” accounts; verified requests permanently purge all personal data within 30 days.

4. Children’s Privacy

Circuit Fighters is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@genifai.app and we will delete it promptly.
